This makes it easy for our visitors to find your listing.

Poconos "By Owner" is run by people who vacation in the Poconos and know the area. This allows us to market our website on a local level through printed advertising, chamber of commerce memberships, and targeted search engine submissions. But we are also part of the Vacation Place "By Owner" network which promotes our website on a national level. So we operate locally, but perform nationally. This concept sets us apart from all other property listing services on the internet and gets outstanding results for the property owners who utilize our service.

A standard listing includes up to 2 color photos of your real estate, rental or timeshare, a 100+ word property description, a fact/amenities list, a mortgage calculator (real estate listing only), your phone number, and links to your email and personal website (not required). Your property listing will be indexed according to location and according to keywords you select for our search engine. All vacation rental owners with email can also take advantage of posting "last minute specials" on our website each week.

DELUXE LISTING: $275 PER YEAR.
A deluxe listing includes up to 6 color photos (with captions) of your real estate, rental or timeshare, a 750+ word property description, a fact/amenities list, a mortgage calculator (real estate listing only), availability calendar (vacation rentals only) your phone number, and links to your email and personal website (not required). All vacation rental owners with email can also take advantage of posting "last minute specials" on our website each week. Most importantly, in addition to being indexed by location and according to keywords in our search engine like our standard listings, all deluxe listings are also displayed on our FEATURED PROPERTIES pages.

Sorry, but no refunds can be given if your property is sold/rented before expiration of the period paid for. Substitutions are not permitted.
